Our doors will open at 10am where Emma will begin the workshop with a presentation and an opportunity for discussion amongst the group. We will have a short break for lunch, provided by SIM, to get ready for the practical part of the session. The practical group shoot will last a few hours with the chance to practice and take photos using your own equipment of the professional model that will be set up . Following the shoot, the group will discuss the images taken and go over any remaining questions. The workshop will finish at approximately 4pm.

• Finding your style
• How to put clients at ease
• Working in smaller spaces
• And importantly, what sells!
This is an entry level one day course for beginners in boudoir.

5th June 2025 Advanced Workshop (2 Models)
The advance workshop also commences at 10am where Emma will begin the workshop with a presentation, outline the day ahead and introduce the models. This workshop will focus on the practical elements of boudoir concentrating on lighting and posing, working with two different professional models throughout the day. There will also be an opportunity to tour the lab, meet the SIM team and see their incredible hand crafted products.

Emma's career spans over a decade as an award winning Professional Portrait & Boudoir Photographer with Belle Privé Photography. Being equally comfortable working from her Manchester studio or on location, Emma works both commercially and with private clients. Influenced by feminine strength and elegance, she truly has the gift of capturing the essence of a woman's beauty in timeless, elegant images. With a wealth of experience in lighting and posing along with an innate ability to quickly put women at ease, Emma's skill shows in the images she produces.

This workshop will be held in our showroom where we showcase our range of photo products. All products are bespoke, handmade in our Hatfield facility using traditional techniques and the latest printing technology to achieve the best quality. There is an optional tour of SIMLAB included after the workshop where you can see in depth the printing processes of our products.
