Our doors will open at 10am where Emma will begin the workshop with a presentation and an opportunity for discussion amongst the group. We will have a short break for lunch, provided by SIM, to get ready for the practical part of the session. The practical group shoot will last a few hours with the chance to practice and take photos of the professional model using your own equipment. Following the shoot, the group will discuss the images taken and have an opportunity to tour the lab, meet the SIM team and see our incredible hand crafted products. The workshop will finish at approximately 4pm.

• Lighting Techniques
• Building your portfolio
• How to put clients at ease
• Working in smaller spaces
• And importantly, what sells!
This is a one-day course for photographers of all levels.

Being equally comfortable working from her Manchester studio or on location, Emma works both commercially and with private clients. With a wealth of experience in lighting and posing along with an innate ability to quickly put women at ease, Emma's skill shows in the images she produces.

This workshop will be held in our showroom where we showcase our range of photo products. All products are bespoke, handmade in our Hatfield facility using traditional techniques and the latest printing technology to achieve the best quality. There is an optional tour of SIMLAB included after the workshop where you can see in depth the printing processes of our products.
