Our SIMWARE design software is free to download and available for both Mac & PC, click the button below to download and install. SIMWARE uses a simple drag and drop system and has templates, layouts and pre-made designs for all our products.
Online Designer - For frames, wall art, stationery, USB & presentation products.
Our in browser designed allows you to order all frames & wall art products instantly as well as our smaller, non album products. Login and navigate to your chosen product and at the bottom of each product page you will see an "Order Now" section. Select a template and click "Create Now" to launch the online designer.
So that your photos print as well as possible we recommend that you:
• Calibrate your monitor regularly
• Supply images in the sRGB colour space
• Supply images at 300dpi
• Minimum file size of 25mb (An 12x8" image at 300dpi)
Test print service
We also offer a free test print service for albums & books. You can then check your printed images before your order is completed. To request test prints for an order please leave a message in the special instructions listing specific pages or we can choose a selection of pages for you.
We also offer a design service where we create a design and proof you and your client before printing. Simply let us know what product you'd like, send your images via WeTransfer and one of our technicians will create a layout and email a proof PDF of the design. If your client would like to make any changes to the design you can forward these to us and we will update the design and send a new PDF for approval. For a full design service please get in touch.
For any urgent orders that are time sensitive, we can produce them quicker for you. For an extra charge we offer a fast track service which will reduce the production time of your order. If you wish to fast track any of your album, book, USB or presentation products please select this option at the checkout. Every order at SIM is checked in the studio by one of our skilled technicians. We'll do our best to spot any abnormalities and get in touch before the order goes to print. For album & book orders we also check the colour balance and sharpness of the images and apply corrections if we feel necessary. If you would rather we do not adjust your images there is an option at the checkout for no colour correction.
