All current orders that are placed before the deadline will be processed to be shipped before the 23rd of December. If you missed the deadline, let us know once you've placed your order and we'll do out best to dispatch this as soon as we can. Please note that our usual 10 working day turnarounds are slightly delayed for December orders due to our workshops festive closure from Christmas Eve until the New Year. We'll be dispatching orders again from the 2nd of January and working hard to get back onto our usual turnarounds.
Any orders for frames, wall art or acrylic blocks placed on or before the 9th of December by 1pm will be guaranteed for pre-Christmas delivery. Orders that are placed after their relevant deadline will be placed into production once we return in the New Year. If you have any queries about your order or about the deadlines provided, please do not hesitate to get in touch as we would be more than happy to see what we can do for you.

Avoid any festive stress this season and set realistic deadlines for your clients up to a week in advance of our deadlines to ensure you have enough time to process their images & approve their design. Remember that all of our dates have a 1pm timed deadline for files to be uploaded as we cannot begin your order until the files are with us. Uploading files can take some time depending on your internet connection so it's a good idea to plan ahead.
